If you are not fully trained to use your telephone system, voice mail or software products you are probably not leveraging the features to their full extent and not receiving the best value for money.

Spending 5-10% of the total investment on training is a good rule of thumb.

When members of staff leave and new people join you should consider having them participate in a training session to bring them up to speed.

Software Assurance

Modern telephone systems rely very heavily of software for feature support and security. With this in mind the systems should be kept up-to-date. A software assurance agreement will ensure your system is current and allows you to budget. Combine software assurance with hardware warranty for total peace of mind.

Hardware Warranty

All new equipment comes with at least a 12 month warranty which provides “return for repair” service. This can be upgraded to provide advance replacement and options to extend the service for up to 5 years.
