Our fundamanetal belief is that we should treat our customers as we would have them treat us. You are fundamental to our ongoing success. To that end please feel free to call us 24×7 for help and advice. If we have to dispatch a technician or spend an extended amount of time on the phone or remote programming we would typically charge but a simple question, probably not.

In an attempt to help you with the simple things we have started an FAQ page. I say started because it’s an ongoing and never ending task.

Many of the FAQ pages I have encounted are not really frequently asked questions at all they are simply questions that we know the answers to! Not the same at all-hopefully you will see and appreciate the difference.
