If you are not fully training to use your telephone system, voice mail or software products you are probably not leveraging the features to their full extent and not receiving the best value for money.

 Spending 5-10% of the total investment on training is a good rule of thumb.

When members of staff leave and new people join you should consider having them participate in a training session to bring them up to speed.
